Thirteen years, one market
Liam has been selling Dubai property since June 2013. Apartments, villas, off plan, across the city.
In that time he's been trusted with an entire project, Kempinski Residences The Creek, valued at over 1.9 billion. He launched it and sold it out, in partnership with the developer.
Most of his work now comes from people who already know him, or know someone who does. Thirteen years in one market does that.
He doesn't think it's his job to talk anyone into a decision. He thinks sales is communication. Being able to have the tough, honest conversations, consistently, instead of avoiding them. That's how he's made his money.
His focus is on giving people real value, and helping them make the best decision they can with what is in front of them.
