Thirteen years, one market
I started in Dubai property in June 2013 as a renewals negotiator. Smith and Ken, then Luxury Property, then Strada, then my own brokerage. I have not sold anywhere else and I do not intend to.
I sold Kempinski Residences The Creek from an empty plot. AED 1.8 billion of units. I am still on site there as Head of Sales, which means I live with the building rather than list it and leave.
Most of my work now is villas. I film them properly, I price them on what the market actually pays, and I tell owners what I think their house is worth rather than what they would like to hear. That costs me the odd listing. It has never cost me a client twice.
